My recent stay at Best Western Plus Lafayette Hotel & Spa provided a tranquil retreat near the boardwalk, offering a much-needed respite. Despite the pleasant surroundings, a rather surprising omission was the lack of air conditioning from October until April, making the room uncomfortably warm. Graciously, the front desk provided a fan to address this issue.On a positive note, our request for a quiet room was met splendidly. The room's layout ensured privacy, with a separate WC and bathroom adding a touch of luxury. The functioning air conditioning and controllable temperature further enhanced our comfort.The spa facilities were a highlight of our stay, offering a variety of treatments including sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. We dined at the on-site restaurant, enjoying a delicious and reasonably priced dinner. The staff's service-minded attitude and the serene environment made for a peaceful getaway, perfect for unwinding.
